Booking a wedding planner and other vendors at least 6 months in advance is highly recommended for a stress-free and well-coordinated wedding. By securing your desired vendors early on, you can ensure that their availability matches your preferred date and venue. Additionally, early booking allows you to secure the best vendors and services, guaranteeing that every aspect of your wedding is meticulously planned. With ample time, you can work closely with your vendors to personalize your wedding and handle all logistical details with ease. The total amount is divided into three payments. The 1st payment is required to secure our services for your event date and it is due upon receipt. The amount would depend on the size of the contract and how many services you book. The 2nd payment (half of the remaining balance) is due 30 days prior to your wedding date. The 3rd payment (remaining amount) is due upon our arrival on the day of your event. If you decide to cancel the service for any reason, each payment can be refunded before its due date.
