Yes, creating a detailed and realistic timeline is a core part of what we do. We ensure every moment—from getting ready to the final dance—is thoughtfully planned and runs smoothly.
The total amount is divided into three payments. The 1st payment is required to secure our services for your event date and it is due upon receipt. The amount would depend on the size of the contract and how many services you book. The 2nd payment (half of the remaining balance) is due 30 days prior to your wedding date. The 3rd payment (remaining amount) is due upon our arrival on the day of your event. If you decide to cancel the service for any reason, each payment can be refunded before its due date.
We recommend booking your planner and vendors at least six months in advance for a stress‑free, seamless event. This gives you plenty of time to secure your dream venue, lock in the vendors you love and ensure every detail is perfectly planned.

Raw (unedited) footage includes dozens or even hundreds of unnamed unedited numbered video clips and watching them is not as enjoyable until they are edited. When we provide video editing, we cut the videos and choose the best moments, the most relevant angles, sync the audio and match it with music, stabilize some clips, add pan, zoom, apply other necessary effects, adjust exposure, add the title, credits, etc. This way you would be able enjoy one nice video instead of a bunch of unedited and unnamed files. Please keep in mind that regardless of which option you choose, your event will be captured by an experienced and professional San Diego wedding videographer.
