Our local team of planners is available for weddings, anniversaries, corporate events, birthday parties, bar mitzvahs, quinceaners, debutantes, sweet 16 celebrations and many types of events.

Depending on the package you select, our event staff will arrive one to three hours before the service start time listed on the contract. We usually like to arrive as early as possible so we can work in a stress-free environment and make sure everything is ready before your first guest arrives.
Every single individual we work with has to go through a very detailed and thorough screening and training process. Before we even start in-person training, everyone is tested for their attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions. Then we select the best applicants and have them review our video tutorials, which are followed by online quizzes. If the questionnaires are completed successfully, then we schedule an interview where we go over all the details and get to know each other in-person. If the interview goes well, then we start a thorough training process, which is finalized by providing help at weddings under supervision. Only after all these steps an individual can officially join our team.
First of all, we do not spend much money on paid advertising. While many of our competitions are spending thousands of dollars every year to pay for their premium listings on The Knot, Wedding Wire and Yelp, most of our work comes from organic internet search, word-of-mouth and referrals. Secondly, in addition to videography, we also offer photography, sound, lighting, DJ and live music services. This significantly increases our sales and allows us to charge less for each service. Thirdly, Charlie Walkrich does not have a family to take care of. He really loves his work and is happy to work long hours every day.

The total amount is divided into three payments. The 1st payment is required to secure our services for your event date and it is due upon receipt. The amount would depend on the size of the contract and how many services you book. The 2nd payment (half of the remaining balance) is due 30 days prior to your wedding date. The 3rd payment (remaining amount) is due upon our arrival on the day of your event. If you decide to cancel the service for any reason, each payment can be refunded before its due date.

Raw (unedited) footage includes dozens or even hundreds of unnamed unedited numbered video clips and watching them is not as enjoyable until they are edited. When we provide video editing, we cut the videos and choose the best moments, the most relevant angles, sync the audio and match it with music, stabilize some clips, add pan, zoom, apply other necessary effects, adjust exposure, add the title, credits, etc. This way you would be able enjoy one nice video instead of a bunch of unedited and unnamed files. Please keep in mind that regardless of which option you choose, your event will be captured by an experienced and professional San Diego wedding videographer.
