​Booking a wedding planner ​and other vendors ​at least 6 months in advance is highly recommended for a stress-free and well-coordinated wedding. By securing ​your desired vendors ​​​​early on, you can ensure that their availability matches your ​preferred date and venue. Additionally, early booking allows you to secure the best vendors and services, guaranteeing that every aspect of your wedding is meticulously planned. With ample time, you can work closely with ​your vendors​ to personalize your wedding and handle all logistical details with ease. By taking this proactive approach, you’ll have peace of mind and be able to fully enjoy the wedding planning process, leading up to a flawless and memorable wedding day.

The total amount is divided into three payments. The 1st payment is required to secure our services for your event date and it is due upon receipt. The amount would depend on the size of the contract and how many services you book. The 2nd payment (half of the remaining balance) is due 30 days prior to your wedding date. The 3rd payment (remaining amount) is due upon our arrival on the day of your event. If you decide to cancel the service for any reason, each payment can be refunded before its due date.

Raw (unedited) footage includes dozens or even hundreds of unnamed unedited numbered video clips and watching them is not as enjoyable until they are edited. When we provide video editing, we cut the videos and choose the best moments, the most relevant angles, sync the audio and match it with music, stabilize some clips, add pan, zoom, apply other necessary effects, adjust exposure, add the title, credits, etc. This way you would be able enjoy one nice video instead of a bunch of unedited and unnamed files. Please keep in mind that regardless of which option you choose, your event will be captured by an experienced and professional San Diego wedding videographer.
